Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation (BPC) is going to start a special bus service for tourists who want to see Padma Bridge.
A tourist who wants to visit the 6.15-kilometre bridge, the largest bridge in Bangladesh, will have to pay Tk 999. The special tour bus will run regularly on Friday and Saturday from Agargaon's Parjatan Bhaban at 3:30pm.

State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism Md Mahbub Ali is expected to inaugurate the service today. "The fare for one person has been fixed at Tk 999. Tickets for two weeks have already been booked," said BPC manager Md Ziaul Haque Howlader.
The fare may increase to Tk 1,200 later, he said. Tourists
will be able to enjoy the beauty of Padma Bridge during the day, evening and at
night.
